Kylie & Kris Jenner are being Sued!

This isn't the first time the Jenner-Kardashian brood has been in the headlines for a lawsuit and it won't be the last.

This time it is the youngest member of the famous family being sued. In the documents filed, Alida Griselie Palma Rivera ,is suing Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, and Karina Alvarez for unsafe speed, negligence, as well as other causes of action. Kylie is being sued as the driver of the vehicle. Kris is being sued because she is the registered owner of the vehicle and she chose to allow Kylie to drive the car. 

The accident happened in August 2013 when Kylie's Mercedes Benz G Class SUV rear ended Rivera. Three cars were involved in the accident, which occurred two weeks after Kylie first received her driver's license. Rivera is claiming that she sustained both internal and external injuries as a result of the accident, which she is seeking damages for.

Rivera stated in the documents that Kylie was driving at an "unsafe speed", which made it hard for her to judge the space she needed to make a safe stop by the time she reached the intersection.

The Los Hills Sheriff's Departments told E! News, last year after the accident was reported, that there was an accident call, but there was nothing unusual or illegal about the situation and there weren't any injuries.

Now we just have to see if they chose to let this go to court or if the Jenner's will settle this out of court. Either way, this is a big thing for a first time driver to have to endure, but they are the Jenner-Kadashians, they will pull through this. 

Jessica Biel is Pregnant

First we've had to deal with the fact that Ryan Gosling is now a father, but now we have to accept that Justin Timberlake is going to be a dad too. What?!

Us Weekly has confirmed that Jessica Biel is indeed expecting the couple's first child. The pair just celebrated their second wedding anniversary on October 19, 2014. This is the first baby for both.

News broke after the Editor-in-Chief of InStyle and friend of the couple, Ariel Foxman, tweeted about the news, "Looking forward to the red carpet maternity style pix to come." The tweet has since been deleted, but the damage was done. After that tweet the internet exploded with people congratulating the couple. Now the race is on to get a picture of the baby bump.

Congrats to the parents to be! That is going to be one adorable baby. Can't wait.

Kelly Rowland Gives Birth

Destiny has another child! That is right...Kelly Rowland gave birth Tuesday to a baby boy. According to People magazine Kelly and her husband Tim Witherspoon welcomed the baby boy at 1:30pm Tuesday afternoon weighing in at 7.5 pounds. The Witherspoon's named their son Tital Jewell Witherspoon.

This is the statement that Kelly released announcing the birth of her Titan: "We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report that everyone is healthy and happy!"

Congrats to the new parents! 

Amanda Bynes Shares Diagnosis

Amanda  Bynes has tweeted about her mental illness diagnosis since she has been released from her involuntary psychiatric hold. Early Tuesday morning Bynes tweeted:

"I was diagnosed bi - polar and manic depressive so I'm on medication and I'm seeing my psychologist and psychiatrist weekly so I'm fine :D"

Her tweets continued on to say:

"I'm not living with my parents. I'm not legally obligated to. My lawyer said if I comply with the courts and take my meds and see my psychologist and psychiatrist weekly then i will get unconserved. Thank GOD."

It was just last month that Bynes seemed to go off the deep end again. She tweeted about her father allegedly abusing her physically, verbally, and sexually.  Even though she later retracted that tweet and stated that her father had never done those things it was clear to everyone that something just wasn't right with her anymore. Especially when the last tweet came out about the microchip in her brain: "The microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me." Shortly after she deleted that tweet too.

It wasn't long after that that Bynes was entered into an involuntary physiatrist hold. She has since left the facility in Pasadena and has been seen a lot at Mel's Drive In in Hollywood.

We're just going to have to wait and see what happens to her now. It is so crazy and sad to see how far she has seemed to fall. I love every movie that she has done. She always seemed so down to earth and then to see her fall apart like this and become the butt of jokes is really sad. I hope that she gets the help that she needs as soon as possible. 

Miley's New Man!

That's right ya'll. Miley has a new man in her life and he goes by the name of...Patrick Schwarzenegger. Yes you did read that right. She is dating the govenator's son.

A source close to Miley tells E! News that the two are "good friends" and are just casually dating and "are not officially together". This is the first relationship we have seen Patrick in since he broke up with Taylor Swift.

Still this isn't the first time that these two have been linked to each other. Back in 2011 Patrick expressing his interest in Miley during an interview with Details magazine, stating: "My eye, though, is set on Miley." After that Miley and Patrick did go on a few dates, but the sparks just weren't there yet and Miley ended up reconciling with Liam. Later Miley and Liam got engaged, but would soon call it off and break up for good, opening the doors back up for Patrick. Patience is a virtue, and he sure does have it.

Still...cheers to the happy "unofficial" couple. Let's see where this "friendship" leads them.

J. Law and C. Mar Call it Quits!

Just as quickly as it began it is now over. That's right everyone. Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin have decided to consciously uncouple. After roughly four months of dating and only two photographs of them together (sort of) this Hollywood couple has decided to end their relationship.

The two started dating shortly after Lawrence announced her split from long time boyfriend and X-Men costar Nicholas Hoult. While Martin had just uncoupled from his wife of ten years Gwyneth Paltrow.

During the course of their relationship Lawrence seemed super supportive of her man. She attended his concerts and sang along to all of his songs. Even though the two never confirmed their relationship this split still comes as a shock. I personally thought that they would've been together for longer. Maybe it was traveling, work arrangements, age, or his ex-wife that are part of the cause for the split. Who knows? Maybe it just didn't work. All I know is that we will probably never know.

After an almost 3 month hiatus I am back. I am sorry that I wasn't around to help share some of the celebrity gossip that was going on like:

Mila and Ashton had a baby girl that they named Wyatt, kind of a weird name, not my first choice, but to each their own.

Carrie Underwood announced that she is pregnant.


Hearts everywhere broke when Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' baby girl was born.


I know that is mostly baby news, but I feel like that is mostly what happened while I was away. I just wanted to thank everyone for continuing to check in and see if I was back. I hope that I can continue this blog and bring everyone up to date celebrity news updates, reviews, and so much more.
